  • The hot tub is solely for the use of occupants of Re:treat Glamping. The use of the hot tub is strictly at the risk of the booking party.
  • The hot tub is single use only (like a bath) – Please therefore only use it once daily.
  • The hot tub will be emptied, cleaned and filled every day after each use from the start of your stay. We will come to empty the hot tub around 9am and then return to clean it. We will leave the hose in place and leave the site whilst the hot tub is emptying/filling. Whilst it is emptying/filling please take care where the hoses are lying. We will also put warning signs in places.
  • We will check with you the day before whether you would like the hot tub refilled in the morning (for daytime use) or in the afternoon (for evening use).
  • For the safety of yourselves and others, please keep the lid on the hot tub when not in use.
  • Please remove any face/body glitter or jewels prior to using the hot tub.
  • Please shower before use and remove fake tan.
  • Test the water with your hand before entering the tub to make sure it is comfortable.  If the water is too hot, the hot tub will need time to cool down.
  • Do not let the temperature of the water rise to hotter than 40° C, ideally keep the temperature between 36° C (body temperature) and 39° C.
